Customer Service Visit Request

A Customer Service visit is a chance for you to meet with a representative of Gael face to face, and we can have a look at how your Q-Pulse project is going as well as answer any questions you may have. Customer Service visits are part of the maintenance subscription and there is no extra fee.

Rough geographic locations of visits are determined two months in advance. Use the drop down menu below to see if our Customer Service Consultant is going to be in your area before making a request. This page is updated each month to continually show the planned destinations two months in advance. After a request is submitted, we will get in touch to arrange a specific date and time for the visit.
