Q-Pulse goes from strength to strength in aviation marketplace

Scottish software company Gael Ltd has strengthened its position in the international aviation marketplace with eleven airlines purchasing a new version of their award-winning compliance management software – Q-Pulse.

Launched in June this year, Q-Pulse IMS has already been chosen by eleven airlines including Cargolux (Europe's largest all-cargo airline), Air Baltic Corporation, Abu Dhabi-based Amiri Flight and Air Greenland to enable them to manage core safety activities such as occurrence reporting, incident investigation and occurrence analysis.

Martin Bowman, Sales and Marketing Director at Gael said:

‘We are delighted with the success so far of Q-Pulse IMS and how quickly the aviation marketplace has recognised the advantages of its unique features and benefits – this is an exceptional result in the current aviation operating environment.

‘Q-Pulse is already used by more than 250 aviation organisations worldwide, including SAS, Emirates and the UK CAA; however, as customer demand for this new application was high, we wanted to provide customers with a superior system that delivered an integrated solution for the proactive management of both SMS and QMS.

‘This success has just reinforced Gael's position as the leading provider of aviation management system software solutions, and we look forward to welcoming more airlines on board.’

Graham Hurst, Vice President, Head of Quality Assurance, at Cargolux commented:

‘Prior to this investment, we used a number of different disconnected systems for our management system activities.... unlike other systems we reviewed, it is evident that Q-Pulse is being progressively developed to meet the increasingly demanding needs of the aviation community.’
