In addition to our flexible and cost-effective Q-Pulse Training Credits, we also offer the ability for your Q-Pulse installation to obtain “certified” status. Having a certified Q-Pulse installation not only means that it is being maintained and administered by qualified, competent users, but more importantly, it offers your organisation significant cost savings as certified installations enjoy a considerable reduction on their Q-Pulse support premium.
Certified Q-Pulse installations revolve around two key user types: Q-Pulse administrators and Q-Pulse users.
A
Q-Pulse administrator is defined as being the person or persons who are
responsible for setting up and maintaining the administrative aspects of
Q-Pulse.
A
Q-Pulse user is the person or persons who are primarily responsible for
managing the use of the various Q-Pulse modules used by your organisation.
Typically this person is your key Q-Pulse user and is often involved in
training other staff on the application.
